You’ve probably heard the phrase, Win in life or win at life before, but what does it really mean? If you are sitting there, thinking about this right now, you should probably stop and take a look at what kind of life you are living. Are you currently winning in your life? Or are you just playing the game?

A game called life.

In this business, A game called life s world, there are two options for what we can pursue. Win in life by limiting oneself to a simple role. Or win at life by maximizing themselves and utilizing all the gifts they were given. Which do you want to be? Life vs lives is a choice that must be made constantly, day after day, with every decision. Life changing tips await those who seek them out and apply them consistently. Which version of yourself do you want to grow into?

Kick out the negative people.

If a relationship is going to be for the long haul, it needs to be based on a foundation of mutual respect and kindness. The first step is to kick out the negative people from your life because they'll always be there waiting for you. They are typically family members, friends, and acquaintances who don't have anything good to say about anyone but themselves. It's important not to let them dictate your mood and keep you from living your ideal life.

Good habits are like a good team; they get better every day.

An excerpt from the book called Unbeatable Mind says, The most successful and fulfilled people I know never do just one thing. They pursue their work with a single-minded focus while managing to juggle all sorts of other projects and activities as well. There is no such thing as an ideal life, and if you are striving for it, it's likely not going to happen. What if we instead lived our lives by making sure that everything we do makes us stronger, wiser, more fulfilled.

Bad habits are like bad players; they don’t get better, they only get worse.

Since most of us grew up with the adage if you keep doing what you are doing, then expect to get what you have gotten so far, it may be time for a new game plan. Are there things about your life that make it not so worth living? For some, success is simply being happy and feeling like they are making good decisions. But others may need to redefine their ideal life goals based on health factors.

Exercise makes your brain stronger.

Fitness is the key to a stronger brain. It is well known that exercise affects your heart and lungs, but it also has effects on your brain. All types of workouts, from swimming laps to weight lifting have been shown to have positive effects on mental function. People who exercise consistently may be less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease and dementia, as well as having higher scores on verbal intelligence tests. They even get relief from stress and depression!

Take care of your body so it can take care of your mind.

Your body and your mind are two components of a whole, so it is important to take care of both. Eating healthy foods and exercising can help create a stronger brain. It can also change the way you feel about yourself, which will improve your mood and make it easier to work on positive goals. There are other ways to get an ideal life, like avoiding social media and television. A stronger brain is not enough for living an ideal life though; what you say also matters. Practice kindness with others to have happy relationships with friends and family members. You'll be happier too!

Surround yourself with positive people who are winning in their lives too.

Positive people are great to have around. Life is too short to waste time with people who constantly moan and whine. Having a strong circle of positive friends has amazing benefits on your brain, so think about the lives of these amazing individuals rather than just your own. A stronger brain means having an ideal life, full of positivity and wonder, able to confront challenges without the need for self pity or complaint. These people will surround themselves with opportunities because they take chances!

What would have happened if you did not fail?

I would be living my ideal life by now, or I would have won big and amassed an excess of riches. Or maybe I would be traveling the world like Steve Jobs. I had imagined a lot of different outcomes to my story, but never really thought about what might happen if I didn't fail. What if I had achieved everything the world told me was so important and showed me all the easy ways to get there without mistakes and without difficulties along the way?

No one knows what tomorrow holds, but we all know that God holds tomorrow.

We have the gift of time and freedom. What is your reason for being here? No one knows what tomorrow holds, but we all know that God holds tomorrow. Your future may not be as bright as it was last week. You might be asking yourself, how do I get to my ideal life? what can I do today to be on my way?
